Boy Scouts Receive Eagle Fund Donation
Peter and Tamar Sharp, third and fourth from left, present a $16,179 donation to Arnold Landry, executive director of the Boy Scouts of America--Andrew Jackson Council, as two Eagle Scouts look on. The money was raised at the Chefs and the City event at the Fairview Inn in November 2008. An additional $16,179 will be donated to the Blair E. Batson Hospital for Children. The Simon Sharp Eagle Fund was created to benefit these two organizations.
